Creamy Tomato Pasta Dinner: Simply boil and follow the package instructions of your favorite pasta. Cook the pasta recipe al dente, and reserve a half cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet or pan, sauté crumbled Italian sausage over medium heat, stir in chopped onion, add some red pepper flakes, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and heavy cream. Now over medium-low heat, add in a half cup of pasta water, diced chopped cherry tomatoes, and toss with fresh spinach over low heat with the cooked pasta. Grate real parmesan cheese on top, and some fresh herbs like basil on top and dinner is on!
