Fireball Whisky Cocktails are made with orange, cinnamon, cloves, apple cider, and cinnamon flavored whiskey. Serve these fireball whisky drinks for game days, the holiday season, brunch, Fall parties, and Thanksgiving Day.
This popular liquor is so much more than to use for whiskey shots. It makes great cocktails, or how about adding a cinnamon Fireball shot into a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream on those chilly nights.
And try these drinks with my Apple Pie or this Candy Corn Harvest Munch Mix at gatherings, they are so good together.
And if you want to serve batch cocktails, take a look at one of my new Fireball recipes for Fireball Punch.
Surprisingly refreshing and they taste like cinnamon red hots.... yummy. I love fall! Who is with me?
While staying in Texas with my dear friend, she served this cocktails one night in her home and they were the hit of the party! It was the first time I had tried it, and since I do love a lot of cinnamon, my taste buds were delighted.
Just to be sure they were super tasty, I served them for a couple of dinner gatherings at our friends' lake cabin in Minnesota. And confirmed, that yes...these really are delicious, and a good idea to serve, even for a crowd.
Wouldn't these apple cider drinks be great to serve with Thanksgiving dessert?
I love the colors in these Fall cocktails...these are festive and easy to make for your party guests, no cocktail shaker is needed. There are several more recipes in the works for this Fall, and I can't wait to share them with you. I think a hot fireball apple cider or a hot toddy would be really good!

What Is Fireball Whisky?
According to the official Fireball website, the product was developed in Canada in the mid-1980s, and for a long time was little known outside of Canada.
Fireball Cinnamon Whisky is a mixture of whisky and REAL cinnamon flavoring and sweeteners that is produced by the Sazerac Company. As of 2018, it is among the top-selling whisky brands in the United States. Most people just think of a shot or on ice as the only way to drink it, but the best way is to mix drinks and cocktail recipes.
Is It Whiskey or Whisky?
The spelling difference comes from the translations of the word from the Scottish and Irish Gaelic forms. The Scottish spell it whisky and the Irish spell it whiskey with the 'e'.
In America, it is spelled Whiskey with the 'e' typically. Fireball Whisky is made in Canada and drops the 'e'.
YES! Real cinnamon is used in the production of this Whisky.
It tastes just like those little cinnamon red hot candies. Some say that it "Tastes Like Heaven, Burns Like Hell". That could explain why there is a fire-breathing dragon on the label of the bottle. It has a high alcohol content and has a lot of cinnamon flavor.
With so many ways to enjoy this wildly popular whiskey, here are just a few creative recipes to try besides shots or on the rocks...
Add into Fireball Whisky Cocktails
Make Fireball Punch or Sangria
Make a Fireball Fudge or Cake
Fireball Coffee Hot Shots
Mix up Fireball Jello Shots
Fireball Barbeque Sauce
Grilled Fireball Chicken or Wings
Fireball Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pie
How To Make The Orange Peel Garnish
We used blood oranges, but regular oranges would work just as well! You can use a vegetable peeler, and cut long strips, secure with pieces of toothpicks to the cinnamon sticks, or simply float in the glass.
Use a vegetable peeler, and cut strips of orange peels for garnish going around in a circle, set aside.
I love fall! and really enjoy the slower pace this time of year. It is time for couch time, good books, hot coffee, soup, and blankets cuddled watching a good game or a show. Wishing you, your family, and friends time to relax and enjoy the fall season.
One More Fireball Whiskey Recipe
All you need is a beverage container, a punch bowl or large pitchers, and a few simple ingredients to make Fireball Punch. It takes a lot of time to make single serving mixed drinks like whiskey cocktails at a party.
This is a great way to serve a mixed drink to large groups, and even the guys will love this punch with an extra kick. It has just the right sweetness and tastes like Fall with crisp apples, fresh oranges, and spicy cinnamon.
Try some of these Fall drinks to have with game day food, during Halloween, or a festive New Year party.
More Fall Cocktail Ideas
Try some of these Fall drink ideas. For game days, Bloody Marys or Micheladas are so refreshing. The perfect cocktail for Summer nights or Fall gatherings is an Aperol Spritz. And no Halloween party would be complete with out some spooky Halloween Punch.

My roommate's friend brought us a bottle of Fireball and we didn't know what to do with it. We did a search and found your recipe and it was really good and easy to make. Needless to say, we no longer have the Fireball any longer, but now we know exactly what to do with it thanks to you!
