Hi Michelle, citris salt is easy to make, although I don't have a recipe on my site for it yet...take a peek at my friend Erin's over at Platings and Pairings...have fun making it (and it would be a nice gift too). Here is her recipe...https://www.platingsandpairings.com/easy-citrus-salts-2-2/

Hi Erin, they will be fresh for up to 4-6 months, make sure they are very dry when you package them and store them in a cool dark place. I have used my sriracha salt well over a year now and it still works just like when I made it. The mustard salt changed color a bit but tastes great!

I have made all but the Pinot salt and really enjoy how they upgrade the taste of everyday foods without much effort. Now that I have tried almost all of them I am going to make a batch of these up and give them as a gift set. Your photos above inspired that smart idea, so thank you for making my life easier!
