A graphic showing a coconut popsicle with frozen berries inside.

Fruit Popsicles made with coconut water, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are refreshing low-sugar treats for hot summer days.

Hey, these frozen beauties are so "guilt-free", they are a dessert you can have more than one... maybe 2, or 3?

A single coconut water popsicle with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Making popsicles out of fruit is so fast and easy, just slice up larger berries and place them down in the mold, then add the coconut water freeze and wait 3 hours, or overnight.

For this recipe, I used my three favorite summer berries.

Let's Make Homemade Fruit Popsicles

Step 1: Place the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in the popsicle mold.

Step 2: Pour in the coconut water to the top.

Step 3: Place the metal cover on top of the mold, and push the popsicle sticks into the mold.

Step 4: Freeze for 3 hours.

Step 5: Run water over the mold to release the popsicles.

So with a popsicle mold and oh about 10 minutes,  you can have 10 popsicles waiting in your freezer in about 3 hours.

What Kind Of Fruit Can I Use In Popsicles?

kiwi
banana slices
orange or tangerine slices

How Can I Make Popsicles Without A Blender?

Simply add sliced fruit into a popsicle mold, and add either coconut water or fruit juice and freeze for 3 hours.

What Is Coconut Water?

Coconut water is also called coconut juice and is the clear liquid inside coconuts which are fruits of the coconut palm. It is a drink and can be used in frozen desserts and other recipes.

I make these regularly for my little ones. I can actually feel good about giving them this and they feel like they are getting a treat which is a huge plus! It's a great way to get more berries in them.
