Best Chocolate Martini Recipe
This delicious cocktail is the ultimate chocolate martini recipe. First, it is so easy. Second, it uses simple and easy-to-find ingredients from any grocery store. No hunting at specialty liquor stores for Godiva liqueur is required, but you can certainly indulge in mixing it your chocolate cocktails...
Ingredient List
- 1 ounce vodka (plain vodka)
- 2 ounces dark Creme De Cacao (a white chocolate liquor)
- 2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream (or Godiva dark chocolate liqueur)
- hollow chocolate Easter bunny
- drizzle chocolate syrup
- dash vanilla extract
- cups of ice
Garnishes
- hollow mini chocolate bunnies
- grated chocolate bar (dark, milk chocolate, or bittersweet)
- marshmallow cream

Garnished Martini Glasses
On a small plate, use a grater and make shaved chocolate. Place a dollop of marshmallow cream on the plate, dip the rim of the glass into the marshmallow then into the chocolate shavings, turning the glass around until well coated.

Set glasses aside, or place them in the refrigerator so you will have chilled martini glasses.
You can also rim the glass, then drizzle even more Ghirardelli sauce inside of the martini glass, then pour in the drinks for the perfect dessert cocktail.

Mixing Martinis
In an ice-filled cocktail shaker pour in one ounce of vodka, two ounces of dark creme de cacao, and two ounces of Baileys Irish cream. Then add a dash of vanilla extract and a drizzle of syrup. Add the shaker top and give it a good shake.

Easter Bunny Drinks
Unwrap the foil off your bunnies. You can cut off a bit of the bunny ear to pour the cocktail inside and make a hole for the straw.

Use either a large metal drinking straw or the end of a metal cake decorating piping tip.
Carefully, heat it up for about 15 seconds with a lighter, then press onto the bunny and turn around to score a little hole.

Serving Inside Easter Bunnies
Once your cocktail is mixed use a small funnel to pour the martini cocktail inside the candy bunny, add a colorful bright straw, and serve.

Serving In Martini Glasses
Add some grated chocolate and syrup in a swirl on top, and float a mini candy bunny on top of the martini glasses.

Easy Chocolate Martini Recipe Variations
White Chocolate Martini: Use the clear white creme de cacao (white chocolate liqueur) in place of the dark one, for a light color white chocolate twist on your martini. Garnish with white chocolate shavings on the rim.
Super Chocolaty Martini: Add an additional ounce chocolate liqueur. There are several brands on the market, and Godiva is a well-known one. And add a big swirl of syrup!
Vanilla Vodka: Try vanilla vodka in place of plain vodka. Or try caramel vodka, that would be so good. You can also add hints of vanilla, with vanilla extract.
Kahlua Coffee: Creamy coffee liqueurs like Kahlua add both rum and coffee flavor to your dessert martinis.
Chocolate Peppermint Martini: For the holidays, add peppermint vodka and some peppermint cream liqueur aka peppermint bark liquor.
Godiva Chocolate Martinis: Godiva chocolate liqueur drinks are a specialty spirit available in most liquor stores, but it can be hard to find. It is a classic, popular ingredient with professional bartenders and will satisfy your sweet tooth in a perfect Godiva chocolate martini.
