Garnished Martini Glasses
On a plate, use a grater and make shaved chocolate. Place a dollop of marshmallow cream on the plate, dip the martini glass rim into the marshmallow then into the shaved chocolate.
Set glasses aside, or place them in the refrigerator so you will have chilled martini glasses.
Easter Bunny Drinks
Unwrap the foil off your bunnies. You can cut off a bit of the bunny ear to pour the cocktail inside or make a hole for the straw. Use either a large metal drinking straw or the end of a metal decorating piping tip. Carefully, heat it up for about 15 seconds with a lighter, then press onto the bunny and turn around to score a little hole.
To serve in chocolate bunnies; once your cocktail is mixed use a small funnel to pour the martini cocktail inside, add a colorful bright straw, and serve.
For martini glasses; add some grated chocolate shavings, and a swirl of syrup, and float a mini candy bunny on top of the martini glasses.
Mixing Martinis
In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes. Pour in one ounce of vodka, two ounces of dark creme de cacao, and two ounces of Baileys Irish cream. Then add a dash of vanilla extract and a drizzle of syrup. Add the shaker top and give it a good shake.
Pour into garnished martini glasses or candy Easter bunnies, using a small funnel.
Batch Martinis - makes 4
In a large cocktail shaker, add a cup of ice. Pour in four ounces of vodka, 8 ounces of dark creme de cacao, and 8 ounces of Baileys Irish cream. Then add a dash of vanilla extract and a good drizzle of chocolate syrup. Add the shaker top and give it a good shake.
White Chocolate Martini: Use the clear white creme de cacao (white chocolate liqueur) in place of the dark one, for a light color white chocolate twist on your martini. Garnish with white chocolate shavings on the rim.
Super Chocolaty Martini: Add an additional ounce chocolate liqueur. There are several brands on the market, and Godiva is a well-known one. And add a big swirl of syrup!
Vanilla Vodka: Try vanilla vodka in place of plain vodka. Or try caramel vodka, that would be so good. You can also add hints of vanilla, with vanilla extract.
Kahlua Coffee: Creamy coffee liqueurs like Kahlua add both rum and coffee flavor to your dessert martinis.
Chocolate Peppermint Martini: For the holidays, add peppermint vodka and some peppermint cream liqueur aka peppermint bark liquor.
Godiva Chocolate Martinis: Godiva chocolate liqueur drinks are a specialty spirit available in most liquor stores, but it can be hard to find. It is a classic, popular ingredient with professional bartenders and will satisfy your sweet tooth in a perfect Godiva chocolate martini.
