How to Make Light-Healthy Apple Broccoli Grape Salad – Step by Step
This salad couldn’t be easier to make!
Step #1: Place all the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
Step #2: In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients until smooth with a spatula.
Step #3: Pour over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
To serve: Serve this light healthy broccoli salad anytime, perfect for picnics or parties!

Light-Healthy Apple Broccoli Grape Salad + Creamy Orange Dressing
- 4 cups small broccoli florets
- 2 cups thinly sliced purple cabbage
- 2 cups sliced green Granny Smith Apples
- 1 1/2 cups seedless Melissa’s tri-color muscato grapes sliced in half or any green/purple grapes
- 1/2 cup salted pistachio nuts
- garnish: orange zest
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh orange juice 3-4 oranges
- zest from 2 oranges
- Place all the salad ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients until smooth with a spatula.
- Pour over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
