Aperol Spritz (Fall/Autumn Cocktail)

Aperol Spritz Fall Cocktails have apple cider, Aperol, prosecco, and blood oranges. Serve for Thanksgiving and Fall gatherings.

  • ½ cup ice
  • 3 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces blood orange juice
  • 2 ounces Apple Cider
  • 1 splash soda water or Prosecco, Champagne


  • 3 ounces Prosecco Champagne, or any sparkling wine
  • 1 slice blood orange - garnish


  • First, juice a couple of blood oranges, and slice one for garnish.
  • Place ice in a tall glass, Aperol, blood orange juice, apple cider, a splash of soda water, and garnish with sliced blood orange. Cheers!
  • Optional: Pour Prosecco, Champagne or sparkling wine instead of club soda.
  • Garnish with blood orange slices.


For traditional Aperol Spritz, there is no apple cider or blood orange juice. Just Aperol, prosecco, and a splash of soda.
