Autumn Aperol Spritz are easy festive fall cocktails made with Apple Cider, Aperol, and Blood Orange. Serve for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or any Fall gathering!

- ½ cup ice
- 3 ounces Aperol
- 2 ounces blood orange juice
- 2 ounces Apple Cider
- 1 splash soda water or Prosecco, Champagne

- 3 ounces Prosecco Champagne, or any sparkling wine
- 1 slice blood orange - garnish
First, juice a couple of blood oranges, and slice one for garnish.
Place ice in a tall glass, Aperol, blood orange juice, apple cider, a splash of soda water, and garnish with sliced blood orange. Cheers!
Optional: Pour Prosecco, Champagne or sparkling wine instead of club soda.
Garnish with blood orange slices.
