Autumn Aperol Spritz

Autumn Aperol Spritz are easy festive fall cocktails made with Apple Cider, Aperol, and Blood Orange. Serve for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or any Fall gathering!

  • ½ cup ice
  • 3 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces blood orange juice
  • 2 ounces Apple Cider
  • 1 splash soda water or Prosecco, Champagne


  • 3 ounces Prosecco Champagne, or any sparkling wine
  • 1 slice blood orange - garnish


  • First, juice a couple of blood oranges, and slice one for garnish.
  • Place ice in a tall glass, Aperol, blood orange juice, apple cider, a splash of soda water, and garnish with sliced blood orange. Cheers!
  • Optional: Pour Prosecco, Champagne or sparkling wine instead of club soda.
  • Garnish with blood orange slices.

The more juice you add, the darker red the Aperol Spritz will become!

club soda or Champagne/Prosecco:

Optional to add to either club soda or Champagne/Prosecco.
