Sriracha Salt Ingredients
Spread sriracha salt mixture on a microwave-safe dinner plate, a paper plate works best, and spread evenly.
Microwave 1 minute at a time, stirring every 60 seconds with a fork, for 5 minutes total.
The salt mixture will continue to dry as it cooks. Stir and fluff with a fork. Let cool and dry for several hours on counter or overnight before putting into containers.
Sprinkle Sriracha Salt on avocado toast, guacamole, roasted vegetables, french fries, grilled fish, or try fruit: mango, pineapple, watermelon.
For this recipe (don’t use table salt) use a flaky, coarse salt like Kosher Sea Salt (cheapest), Maldon, or Fleur de Sel. Recipe adapted from Cook’s Illustrated Magazine - April 2017
