  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or swap buttermilk for a thinner dressing)
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

  • Add the crumbled blue cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and sea salt into a Mason jar. Close the lid tightly, shake well for 1 minute.
  • Open and add 2 more tablespoons crumbles to make it chunkier.
  • Add a little bit of water, buttermilk, or little milk to thin if desired.

PRO TIP: The secret for a thicker dressing is to use plain Greek Yogurt. You can also swap in light mayo or miracle whip.
Storage Tips - Just screw on the lid of the jar or any other airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Serving Ideas - Pair with a nice loaf of crusty bread, soft butter, herb butter, or sun-dried tomato butter.
