Jalapeno Popper Dip

Jalapeno Popper Dip is a party appetizer to serve a crowd. An easy hot dip made with 6 ingredients and scooped with corn chips. Always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 7 oz chopped mild green chilies drained
  • 4 oz diced mild jalapeno peppers
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, or with hand mixer or by hand in a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
  • Stir in green chilis, jalapeno, and ½ cup parmesan.
  • Pour into small baking dish.
  • Mix ½ cup Panko and ½ cup parmesan together, and sprinkle on top of the dish.
  • Bake 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot out of the oven with Fritos Scoops-large corn chips, tortilla chips or assorted crackers.

make ahead tip

You can make this dip ahead, and cover it with plastic wrap. Bring up to room temperature for about 30 minutes then bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

This dip is best hot right out of the oven! For a large crowd of more than 12 people, I would double this recipe and bring a couple of bags of corn or tortilla chips.
