Cuban Pulled Pork Sliders

Cuban Pulled Pork Sliders are brushed with butter dijon sauce, baked until golden brown with melted swiss cheese, pulled pork and ham, and pickles. Serve on game days!

  • 14 Hawaiian sweet bread rolls
  • ¼ lb Black Forest sliced ham sliced 3x3 square
  • 2 lb pulled pork
  • 1 package sliced Swiss cheese cut into small 3x3 squares
  • Butter or Dill Pickles sliced thin.
  • 1 cube butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard


  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a roasting pan or small dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a small saucepan, melt a cube of butter and Dijon mustard. Keep warm on low.
  • Cut rolls in half, layer ham, cheese, pickles, pulled pork.
  • Put tops on sliders, brush top with melted butter/Dijon sauce.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
