Pulled Pork Slider Recipe

Savory Pulled Pork Sliders are an easy dinner or party food idea ready in under 30 minutes. This Cuban sandwich version has melted Swiss cheese, shredded pork (make or buy), Black Forest ham, and pickles! The slider sandwiches are brushed with a delicious butter sauce and get gorgeous golden brown tops. Bake them for entertaining on game days, during the holidays, as a fast dinner, or chilling on weekends watching movies.

Ingredients

  • 14 Hawaiian sweet bread rolls
  • ¼ lb Black Forest sliced ham sliced 3x3 square
  • 2 lb pulled pork
  • 1 package sliced Swiss cheese cut into small 3x3 squares
  • dill pickles sliced thin
  • ½ cup butter 1 stick
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Buy or make pulled pork in the oven, with a slow cooker or instapot.
  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a roasting pan or small dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a small saucepan, melt a cube (½ cup) of butter and Dijon mustard. Keep warm on low.
  • Cut rolls in half, layer ham, a slice of cheese, Pickles, and shred the Pork with two forks, then lay pieces in the sandwich.
  • Put the tops on sliders, brush tops with melted butter and Dijon sauce.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
