Cuban Pulled Pork Sliders

Cuban Pulled Pork Sliders are brushed with butter dijon sauce, baked until golden brown with melted swiss cheese, pulled pork and ham, and pickles. Serve a tray of these slider sandwiches for dinner, parties, or on game days!

  • 14 Hawaiian sweet bread rolls
  • ¼ lb Black Forest sliced ham sliced 3x3 square
  • 2 lb pulled pork
  • 1 package sliced Swiss cheese cut into small 3x3 squares
  • Butter or Dill Pickles sliced thin.
  • 1 cube butter
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard


  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray a roasting pan or small dish with non-stick spray.
  • In a small saucepan, melt a cube of butter and Dijon mustard. Keep warm on low.
  • Cut rolls in half, layer ham, cheese, pickles, pulled pork.
  • Put the tops on sliders, brush tops with melted butter and Dijon sauce.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
