Reserve the coarse cracked black pepper for decoration.
Mix the soft cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic powder, Lawry's seasoned salt, celery salt, and dried thyme in a mixing bowl by hand, a handheld mixer, or mini Cuisinart.
On a small platter, shape the ½ the cracker spread into a tombstone shape or mold tombstone in hands and place on small platter. Shape other ½ of the cracker spread into a mound in front of the tombstone.
Using a spoon, sprinkle the "tombstone" with fresh cracked pepper.
With the point of a small paring knife, write “RIP” on the tombstone.
Go back over the letters until you can read it, make sure the cracker dip isn't too soft to carve the letters.
Sprinkle parsley on the mound for grass.
Surround the grave with assorted crackers and serve.
