Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple or frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ frozen banana or fresh banana
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice (2 grapefruit) or ruby red grapefruit
  • 1 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions

  • Juice the pink grapefruits into a bowl using an electric juicer or a hand juicer.
  • Place pineapple, banana, chia seeds, spinach leaves, and grated ginger into a high-speed blender.
  • Pour grapefruit juice into the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve in tall glass with straw and grapefruit wedge garnish.
