Summer Fruit Popsicles (low sugar_

Healthy refreshing fruit popsicles made with coconut water (low sugar) hit the spot on a hot summer day. Try them sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. This is a sugar-free recipe and gluten-free recipe!

Ingredients

  • 10-20 slices of strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 box coconut water
  • 10 count popsicle mold

Instructions

  • Place the sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in the popsicle mold.
  • Pour in the coconut water to the top.
  • Place the metal cover on top of the mold, and push the popsicle sticks into the mold.
  • Freeze for 3 hours.
  • Run water over the mold to release the popsicles.
  • Enjoy!
