🦃 GROUND TURKEY  🧅 YELLOW ONION 🥕 CARROTS 🌿 CELERY  🪴 BASIL 🌿 PARSLEY 🏺 OLIVE OIL 🍞 BREADCRUMBS 🧀 PARMESAN CHEESE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES

ROUGH CHOP ONIONS, CARROTS, AND CELERY 

RUN ONIONS, CARROTS, AND CELERY STALKS IN FOOD PROCESSOR TO A FINE MIX

ADD THEM INTO THE COOKING SKILLET OR POT

THEN ADD CHOPPED BASIL AND PARSLEY 

ADD OLIVE OIL AND SAUTE 3 MINTUES

IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD GROUND TURKEY...

BREAD CRUMBS, AND PARMESAN CHEESE INTO THE BOWL...

THEN ADD THE SAUTEED VEGGIES INTO THE BOWL

AND MIX WITH A SPATULA AND TWO FORKS TO "FLUFF" THE MEATBALL MIXTURE 

SCOOP THE MEATBALLS ON A PARCHMENT LINED BAKING SHEET 

AND FREEZE ANY EXTRA UNBAKED MEATBALLS FOR LATER

THE ICE CREAM SCOOP KEEPS THEM AN EVEN SIZE SO THEY BAKE EVENLY!

BAKE 25-30 MINUTES AT 400 DEGREES
