PORK LOIN (NOT PORK TENDERLOIN) RUB INGREDIENTS:  BROWN SUGAR PAPRIKA BLACK PEPPER SEA SALT LEMON PEPPER CHILI POWDER  GARLIC POWDER ONION POWDER  CELERY SEEDS CAYENNE PEPPER

PUT THE PORK LOIN IN A LARGE ROASTING PAN

MAKE THE RUB AND POUR ALL OVER THE PORK LOIN

THIS RECIPE IS TESTED FOR GAS OVENS AT 225 DEGREES

ELECTRIC OVENS NEED A LITTLE WATER ADDED IN THE PAN 

COOK 5 HOURS FOR A 10 LB PORK LOIN

200 DEGREES INTERNAL TEMPERATURE

SHRED WITH TWO FORKS WORKING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS
