IRISH COFFEE

INGREDIENTS

☘️ 1 cup hot water  ☘️ 2-3 teaspoons light brown sugar ☘️ ¾ cup brewed hot coffee ☘️ 3 tablespoons Irish whiskey 1 shot ☘️ ¼ cup heavy cream for topping

☘️ OPTIONAL GARNISHES:  chocolate shavings  24 karat edible gold  green shamrock sprinkles

TIPS 

Use good Irish Whiskey and or Baileys

Whip cream until thickens and pourable.

BREW A POT OF GOOD QUALITY STRONG COFFEE

WHIP THE HEAVY CREAM UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM

WARM THE MUG WITH HOT WATER, POUR OUT

ADD BROWN SUGAR AND HOT COFFEE TO 3/4 FULL

ADD SHOT OF  IRISH WHISKEY AND BAILEYS IF DESIRED

TOP WITH WHIP CREAM, SPRINKLES, AND EDIBLE GOLD!
