Easy 7 ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Halloween Cakes, are a sweet spooky treat to bake with Halloween candy hidden in the center!
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons orange zest grated
- 4 tablespoons orange juice use a hand squeezer
- 5 drops soft gel paste orange food color AmeriColor
- 1 box chocolate cake mix eggs, oil etc
- 1 bag Reese’s peanut butter cups
Mix powder sugar, orange zest, juice of orange, and orange food color. Stir until well combined, icing should pour and run, not be too thick.
Brush melted butter into the mold. Make chocolate cake batter, fill half-way. Stick upwrapped Reece’s peanut butter cup into batter. Top with batter to cover. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool completely.
Pour orange icing over the Halloween cakes. Serve!

Cracks me up that the parents dress up as much as the kids. Seriously! Sometimes whole families dress in a similar theme like Star Wars, the creativity is so impressive. We have opened the door, and the costumes are so good we don’t recognize our own neighbors!
